Good morning from the Dorset countryside… this is what it sounds like when you bring a bluetooth speaker to a tiny picturesque village and blast that shit.
I’m yet to receive any complaints from the farmer next door, but there’s still time. This week, I’m out in the twigs writing my next book and living my best - toast three times a day / club world cup over dinner / phone on flight mode - life.

For what its worth, you reading THE RESET means the world, particularly as we actually have a little thing building here. The word ‘community’ has been hijacked by the influenza’s, so lets steer clear of the running club feels.

These midweek music additions are my way of showing just how much… First up, something old… Earlier this week in the chat, Racine H spoke about her love of an old playlist of mine called Linen Pants. Firstly, thank you Racine, as I revisited the list for the first time in months and it still bangs.
Secondly, Cascavel by Antonio Adolfo got me out my chair, two stepping instead of writing. Vintage banger.
Next up, Rubii. Mate. This song… Okay, so, I went to Rio with a group of friends for New Years eve in my mid twenties… one night we went to a party in a Favella… THAT is a story for another time. What I can say, is that was my first time hearing Brazilian Baile funk and in the years since, its echos continue to chase me…

I’ll defo forward this on to the gyal dem. Dorset sounds nice I’m sure the neighbours are loving the vibe! I’ve been in Durham for 3 weeks although I’ll have to go back as never made it to the cathedral which they told me when I was leaving Harry Potter was filmed there 😡 fuming I was more interested in shopping in new look. I digress… so I went with Keep Hush love the melody and giving you all the feels words are hitting too.
Into all 3 but Keep Hush the winner here IMO. Been mostly listening to mid 00s hip hop this week. Much More - De La Soul the one that getting the most reloads
